After giving birth to my first child, I found myself 50 pounds overweight. Late one night, I came across Robert Ferguson’s infomercial. Robert, the creator of the Diet Free Life (DFL) methodology—which I now proudly teach as a certified Nutritionist, Health, and Weight Loss Coach—shared insights that resonated deeply with me. For the first time, I felt confident that I could succeed with the approach he was explaining.

I began my weight-loss journey, but shortly after, I became pregnant with my second child. Years later, after struggling to lose the weight from both pregnancies, I reconnected with Robert and the Diet Free Life methodology. That’s when everything changed—I finally lost the weight for good.

As I rebuilt my life, I discovered my true gifts and talents and realized how deeply passionate I am about health, wellness, and nutrition. This revelation inspired me to become a certified Nutritionist, Health, and Weight Loss Coach with the DFL Institute.

Today, I’m dedicated to empowering others to live their best lives. I help my clients achieve their fat loss goals, feel confident in their own skin, and become the healthiest version of themselves they’ve always dreamed of being.
